1. Product Availability and Pricing
- Product prices are subject to change without notice.
- All products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund.
2. Quotes
- Quotes are subject to acceptance by SGB World, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
- Upon quote confirmation, you will receive an email with order details. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your order information.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via [credit/debit cards, bank transfers, EFT, Paypal, etc.]. Payment must be made in full before the completion of any order, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Due Date: Payment for all orders is due at the time of purchase unless credit terms have been pre-approved.
- Pricing: All prices listed are in [ZAR] and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
- Late Payments: For COD [Cash on Delivery] customers, payment is due upon delivery, and any late payment will incur a [10%] late fee if not settled within 48 hours. For customers with credit terms, payment is due according to the agreed-upon credit period. A late fee of [10%] will apply to overdue invoices, calculated from the due date until full payment is received.
- Payment Confirmation: For COD [Cash on Delivery]customers, orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed upon delivery. For customers with approved credit terms, orders will be processed once the credit approval is confirmed, and payment will be due according to the agreed-upon credit terms.
- Currency: All payments will be processed in [ZAR]. If paying in another currency, any currency conversion fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Methods and Providers:
We offer a variety of shipping methods through reliable carriers. The available shipping options will be indicated when the order is ready to be shipped out. - Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method for your order. All shipping fees will be clearly indicated before payment is processed. - Order Processing Time:

Our liability for defective or damaged products is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund, as determined at our sole discretion. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
- Third-Party Services:
SGB World is not responsible for any third-party services or goods provided by external vendors or partners. Any claims or issues regarding third-party services should be directed to the relevant third party.
- Force Majeure:
We shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to perform under these terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labour strikes, transportation disruptions, or any other event that prevents us from fulfilling our obligations.
- No Warranty:
SGB World makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products or services provided, except as specifically stated in the applicable product descriptions or agreements. We do not warrant that the products will meet your requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. - Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SGB World, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services, or any violation of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our products or services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Gauteng, South Africa, and you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in such courts.
