  • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. At SGB World, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping typically range from 1-3 business days.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You can use this tracking number to check your order status through the shipping carrier’s website.

 

5. International Shipping

  • We currently only offer local shipping within South Africa. International shipping may be offered in the future.

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., damaged goods, wrong items, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
